Obama Have Not Broke Promises.....Yet

I titled this no broken promises because President Obama have not broken any promises as of yet. Most of his promises, he have not gotten around to yet.

Hell he has only been in office 18 months. You all know how slow Congress is. What the hell do people expect? America is so starved, impatient, ungrateful and ungraceful that it is almost impossible for any President to satisfy anyone. I don't care who is in office.

The Liberals and Democrats also some Moderates are pounding the President and his Cabinet daily for something, anything. Everyone is hollering "He need to use the bully pullpit" weekly if not daily to announce their cause. Or whatever they are fighting for.

Then when he do give a speech or comment on their cause they still are not satisfied. Saying, he should do it more, if he spoke out more than people would listen.

I don't get it. What the hell is wrong with people? They even have a website to rate the Presidents promises.

Our Gay Friends in America and around the world is still getting a raw deal. I am still fighting Congress to get them to pass a bill repealing "Don't Ask, Don't Tell". My Fellow Americans, I am working with Congress to past a strong Climate Bill. Call your Senate Representatives daily and tell them to pass a strong Climate Bill that will hold for years to come.
My Fellow Americans, I urge Congress to pass a strong Comprehensive Immigration Bill. That will and can lead to citizenship for millions of illegals in America. It's better to have them on record working paying taxes into the system to assist in bringing down the US debt, than have them in the shadows, not contributing to the country that they live in.
My Fellow Americans, to the Unions we are working to assist the private sector in creating jobs for the American people. This job situation did not happen overnight, and will not be fixed overnight. You all have to be patient. The last 8 or 9 years our jobs have left for cheap labor overseas. We have to create new ways to manufacture goods within the United States. It is going to take time. The banks and businesses are waiting on Congress to pass the new financial laws in the new Bill, so the businesses will know how to construct their businesses.
No one is going to start or invest in new businesses without knowing what their backing is going to look like. That is common sense. The jobs are coming slow but sure.
My Fellow Americans, we have lowered taxes for 95% of Americans and Businesses. Tax cuts and tax breaks for millions of Businesses and Americans.
We have a Democratic Congress that have done more, and passed better laws to help the American People than any Congress in years.
My Fellow Americans, all races and nationalities, Black, White, Hispanic, Chinese, Korean, Dutch, Indian, so on and so on. I am thinking of you every day, all of your wants, needs and desires.

Then I guess he should just come out of the Oval Office every morning 7 days a week and repeat everyone's gripes and wishes so that they will know that he is thinking of them daily. That should quiet down some of everyone's griping that he don't use his bully pulpit enough to proclaim their problems or interests.

I could go on and on, on with his supposed daily statement to America. Even if President Obama was not in office, some Americans would not be satisfied. These groups are expecting him to holler about their interests daily. America have become a country of "Right Now", More, More More, Gimme, Gimme, Gimme, Impatience, and Instant Gratification. The attention span of a nat or fly.

The man have only been in office for 18 months. Give him a break so he can get some things done in peace. So far President Obama and the Democratic Congress have done more in the 18 months he have been in office than the last 2 or 3 Presidents combined. Go to whitehouse.gov and take a look for proof.

America stop with the broken promises crap. The President still have 2 1/2 years to go. Stop with the gimme and impatience syndrome. Liberals, Democrats and Moderates finally have someone in the Whitehouse who is willing to work with them to help to get their issues addressed. Don't run him away. People seem to forget. President Obama don't care about winning another election. He said himself. And I believe him. He would rather be a great one term President than a mediocre two term President. He want to do big and great things. So he feel that if he is reelected great. But he is not counting on it. So give him the time and the grace he needs to do the job. No way in hell do I want to see a Republican President for many years to come after what we have gone through.
He has already shown that if he has promised it, he will try to get the job done. But he also need people in Congress to pass his agenda. So it is up to the voters, and all the special interest groups to hound Congress to get the laws passed that he need to complete his agenda. And put people in office who will help and support the President with his agenda. So America it's up to you, not the President. If the President had your interest in the form of a law he would sign it. So stop the bitchin and groaning. And you get to work.

And remember he have not totally broke promises yet, he haven't been in office long enough, everything is not completed as of yet. Also half a loaf is better than nothing at all. Goodness have some grace. There is nothing that have passed in Congress that we can't go back and readdress. To either strip it or make the law better. Again America you get to work, and make some things happen. Support our President.

Republicans want the Economy to fail. That's right I said it to. Republicans are hollering about the debt. The hell with the debt that they ran up in their years in office. Now they want to get back in office so they can do it again.

So the Republicans kill the Jobs bill in the Senate. They know that over a 100,000 people will not have an income, so many of those people will be homeless, or applying for food stamps, but what good is food stamps if they don't have anywhere to put the food or to cook it. I can see more tent cities popping up in every state. The Republicans don't care. The Republicans don't get it. All they care about is winning and trying to get back into power.

Republicans keep harping on the debt. Again the hell with the debt. This is a recession. If no one is working or getting any income, then they can't pay taxes, which means they can't put money into the government, or the states government. All of those taxes help to bring down the deficit. How stupid are they? The Republicans only care about winning. But that mean the American people lose.

The same thing with passing good immigration laws. If the people are already here, and some employers have already hired them, then the employer should pay a fine, the illegals should pay a fine, learn english, and pay all back taxes. Sure they are illegal, but create a path so they can become legal. The way I see it, they are here anyway. They may as well pay into the system. That should be almost a trillion dollars off the national federal debt right there.

Republicans want to bash President Obama for playing golf, they are saying that he is playing golf while the gulf spill is still spilling. Duh.....
The hole in the oil well is going to be spilling until August until the relief wells are drilled.

Do the Republicans think all the President is supposed to do for the next 2 months is sit in the Oval Office and stare at a film clip of the oil coming out of the well? How stupid is that?

The last administration left him with so many problems to fix, the man have to have some down time. I don't give a flip if he camped out on the Whitehouse lawn. He needs some rest. Have anyone looked at his schedule? Hell the general public don't work as much as he do.
And every vacation or holiday he take off, something happens to pull him off his vacation. So he have never really had a vacation since he have been in office. So the Republicans need to put a sock in it. If it wasn't for the Republicans he would not have 2 wars, and an economic crisis to take care of. If it wasn't for the Republicans leaving the lax laws for the Oil, Gas and Coal Industries, we would not have had lives lost in mining accidents and rigs blowing up.

No media is talking about the lost lives during this crisis. And the safety. That is where the subject should be pinpointed. In the coal mines and oil explosion. And the golf states still want to keep drilling. I don't get it. Why not wait until the investigations are finished. To make sure these rigs and mines are safe before going back in. Is $15,00 an hour more important than a life? All of these are Republican states. It's sad.

The Republicans feel that if they can stop unemployment, and stop any part of President Obama's agenda. Then the American people will think he is not doing anything and vote them back in office. The Republicans decided when President Obama took office that they would object to everything he did. They wanted to destroy his agenda. They felt that the American people would be glad and put them back at the helm. I've got news for the Republicans. Not Going To Happen.

What the Republicans don't understand is there are millions of Republicans out of work to. And they need help just like the Democrats. So they are hurting their own constituents. The same people who voted for them. The Republicans need to realize, why would someone vote for them, and they are not looking out for their interest. They think they are going to take the midterms. They had better think again. Because those Republicans without jobs, and lost of their unemployment benefits are not going to vote them back in office.

President Obama is made a 2 day trip to the coast to view some of the devastation caused by the oil spill in the gulf. And to get first hand knowledge of what was going on.

In watching MSNBC some nut is complaining that the President is not coming to their town because it had more oil on the beach than the town he is scheduled to be in. One reason I have found that certain area's are chosen for him to visit, is for security reasons. This President get more threats than any other President. So the Secret Service and FBI know where he can go safely and where to avoid.

I notice his polls on NBC is down to about 45% approval. So what. The President can't dive down to the bottom and plug the hole. If he could he would have already. As he said he can't suck the oil up with a straw. He has a hard job, and everyone is not going to be happy I don't care what he do. People need to realize, the hole will not be plugged until sometime in August. Period. So the news media need to stop hyping the hysteria pertaining to the leak. Even the Governors that are complaining about Government response, are not using the tools that the Government have given them already. Such as Governor Jindel of LA, only using a 1000 of the National Guards that President Obama said he could call up. He have 6000 to use and can bill BP for their salaries. But no he want to play political games with the gulf cleanup effort.

President Obama met with BP and made arrangements to get the gulf some financial help. That is desperately needed. 20 Billion dollars. With no strings attached. Something BP did not have to do legally. But the company did this in good faith. BP could of made people in the Gulf wait for 15 or 20 years for compensation. Dam if the Republicans want to call that a shakedown of the company. And some even apologized to the company. How stupid and ignorant is that?

Instead of being thankful for the assistance, even some are coming out saying, it's good but it's not enough. From the right side of the isle and the left side. Sometimes I think Americans are just ungrateful and ungraceful. Nothing is going to happen overnight, and nothing is going to happen this minute.

From the Churchhouse to the Whitehouse, America is a mess, it took the last 8 years to get it this way, and now it is not going to be fixed overnight. The laws that got us in this mess put in place by the last administration, have to be changed. President Obama one by one is trying to get Congress to fix and change them for the betterment of the American people. So stop being mad at the President, all he can do is sign a bill into law. Only Congress can make the laws. So everyone need to hound their Congress person to get these laws fixed.

The Last 8 Years are Falling Apart, everything that President Bush and Vice President Chaney put in place is either, falling down, blowing up, spilling over or killing others or themselves.

And guess who is getting the blame for it all. I have heard people say. President Obama have been in office 18 months so he should not blame anything on President Bushes administration. Hellllllo. Here is a list of things that President Obama is putting back together that was broken during the last Presidential Reign.

Iraq War, he is finishing winding it down.
Afghanistan War, he ramped it up as he said he would do during the campaign. and he will start to draw it down before the next election.
The economy, President Bush devastated America's finances. Brought down the whole economy. Lax laws and regulations. President Obama had to put it back together and is still working to do so. The car companies the same thing. They are improving.
MMS Agency is being revamped. The oil companies owned it.
Gitmo closing is being held hostage in Congress, but I see him working out some kind of a deal in the future to get it closed.

Oh shoot, I could go on and on.
Some RNC fool want President Obama to stop playing golf until the oil spill is fixed. Yes he is a fool and a idiot. Sure the oil well need to be capped. But that won't happen until August. So I guess the whole US is held hostage until it is? I think not. The world still go on. There are other important matters to take care of than just the gulf states. By the way, they did not even vote for the President. Now how weird is that? The main people who did not vote for him, have to rely on his help. And he came through big time. So America stop complaining and being ungrateful. If you are not going to help the President and his Cabinet, get out of the way. All the opinionators need to put a cork in it. Unless they are printing something helpful to the American people.

Remember it took 8 years to put America in this slump. It's going to take another 8 or more years to dig us out. Think about it, the Republicans want to be put back in office. So they can finish destroying America. I think not.

Reaction To President Obama's Oval Office Speach

President Obama gave his first Oval Office Speech tonight. His senior advisers have said all day that he would speak about the ongoing efforts of the government to assist in cleaning up the Gulf Spill. Also he would speak about holding BP accountable for all finances pertaining to the cleanup and making the people effected in the Gulf region whole. He also asked for prayer for the people in the Gulf.

He explained how much the Climate Change Bill stalled in the Senate is needed to assist in moving America forward on clean energy. And jobs. So that we can legally hold companies accountable when lax rules and regulations effect the American people negatively.

The speech lasted 17 minutes. Personally I thought it was pretty good. He hit on all the important points. No Drama Obama was in full swing. He said what he had to say and signed off.
I was watching MSNBC, Keith Olbermann and Chris Matthews lost their minds. I don't know what they expected but that wasn't it, they expected more information on each topic he spoke on. If he had done that he would of been on the air for an hour or more. I felt he covered a lot in the short time he had. He hit all the bullet points. Others on twitter wanted him to go more indept about his plans for Climate Change, so they are calling the speech a flop. Not.

He did and said what was previewed he would say. So why all the hostility? Here the media is still expecting President Obama to tap dance for them. Not gonna happen. They need to get used to it. This is his way and his style. President Obama's magic is on the stump. That is where he radiates.

The way I see it. President Obama is going to use this opportunity to educate the public on the Climate Change Bill. He is going to start going out to sell it. Friday he is scheduled to go to Ohio, I think. And I am sure the topic will be about the Climate Bill and the new jobs that will be created if he can get the Senate to pass the bill.

This time I hope he will work the Republicans a different way. If I was him I would get all the moderate Republicans and work with them if they vote for the bill then he can get something for their state that they have been wanting. Also if the Senators in the Gulf states wanted the stop gap lifted on the oil rigs, I would not do it until they voted yes for my bill. The same for the Democrats in those states. Republicans want things their way without having to place the hard votes. Well I would force them to. They have not done any work for the last 2 years anyway so it's time.

I can say, President Obama it's time to kick some tail and roll some heads. And I don't doubt President Obama will get his Climate Bill by years end.

Remember our President is a closer. He will get an Energy Bill done. President Obama always come in low in the polls, and he always pull out a big win at the end.

I'm wondering why all the disasters are happening in Republican states? The floods Tenn and Ark, and OK the oil explosions LA-AL-MS-and FL, the mine disasters WV, the worst snow and ice storms in the Mid West but the East Coast had their share also, the tornadoes Ark-Miss-Tenn-Ky and OK. Now the swine flu was a mixed bag but the Republican states had more people ill or died from the flu.

Were these the people of these states that was marching on Washington with Teabags wanting Government to stay out of their lives?

These are the people who say that President Obama is not a citizen of this country so he can't be the official President. These are the people who don't want the Government to regulate anything, they want the Government to go away. They don't believe in the Government helping the poor.

I wonder what they would do if the Government would not of stepped in during these disasters? Don't these people realize that their states would look like a third world country if the Government had not stepped in to help them?

Some of the media is still complaining that President Obama is not showing enough emotion about these disasters. How stupid are they. The media want President Obama to jump through hoops for them. Not gonna happen. President Obama put competent people in place to solve these problems. As he should. Some complain that he is not on top of things with the oil rig explosion. Yes he is. The mayors and governors said on TV that he is in touch with them daily.

The media keep showing the pictures of the dead birds, and other animals, also the oil spill itself. I have not seen any media concentrate on the 11 people who died. The 11 who lost their lives because of lack regulations on those oil rigs. Why is the media not talking to the people who work on these rigs? They know first hand the regulations that are lax and needs improving. The media ignored the coal miners that was killed. These people are the real hero's, and the media should address it.

Why is the media not focusing on the Energy Bill that is going through congress to see and report if some of these issues are addressed. Instead they are complaining about not having a lot of access to President Obama, and if he is showing enough emotion or not. Then the media complain because President Obama call the media out on their stupidity.

Just like with the stimulus bill, the Republicans would not support the President, yet they all took credit for the states and cities that the money helped. Only one program pointed out that they was taking credit for work they did not vote for. The Rachel Maddow Show. If the President had not pressed for the money, we all would be standing in soup lines for years to come. And that money still was not enough. The media hounded the President over that. Instead of talking with the public at large that is suffering from job loss and layoffs. That would of drummed up more support with the American people to do what was need. Same with the Healthcare Bill. The media ran behind the crazy talking tea party people instead of reporting on the facts within the bill. Instead of publishing all the lies. And scaring old people.

Just as many Republicans are out of work as Democrats. I see it here in South Carolina. The media have gone crazy over the Haley woman for Governor. Just because she is running on the Republican ticket do not mean she is going to win. That woman is a Tea Party person. A lot of Republicans do not agree with her views. And a lot of male voters, (The Good Ole Boys Club) will NOT vote for a woman. The Republicans may be for limited Government but at lot of them need jobs first. And that is what they are going to vote for. The person with the best plan for bringing jobs to the Upstate of SC will win.
I have not heard of any of her plans for the Upstate, just saying the words, that we are going to take our government back is not going to get it for most people. I want to know "Back from what?" So the Democrat Vincent Sheheen running is the man with a plan, and I hope he carry the message all over the state running a good campaign.

The media is missing the whole thing, concentrating on that stupid plant Greene.

Again the media is missing the point on Greene. This man is supposed to be a honest citizen that won the Senate Democratic nomination. No one know him. Most people never heard of him. A lot of people supposed to of voted for him. He didn't campaign or run ads. All he did was file to run.
Some questions need to be answered.
Where did he get the $10.400.00 dollars to file? He is unemployed. It is stated he only had $114.00 left in his campaign account. He is charged with a felony, charged not convicted yet. Why was this charge not caught with his investigation when he signed to run for office?
And he wanted a Public Defender for his defense because he did not have the money to pay a lawyer.

The state need to make him pay back the money for a lawyer since he lied and said he did not have any money.
Again where did he get the $10.400.00?
He don't have a cell phone or a computer so how did he show porn to someone? And where?
Why is his financial records not a matter of public record? As all politicians have to file theirs?
Why in some cities in SC did more votes for him show up than people that voted? And how did he win in counties and cities being a black man, no one ever heard of and the counties are more white?

Again the media have not done their job. These are all Republicans states, and they are a mess.
Why are the people of these states voting against their own interests? Just for party sake. That is crazy to me. I am a Independent. I vote for the person that share my interests. Regardless of party. Right now after the last 8 years, the Republicans have wrecked the country so bad that it's going to take another 8-10 years to put come common sense regulations back in place so the country can go forward safely.

Media do your job. Stop with all the opinion pieces about how the President should act or what he should do or say for a problem. He can't make laws. That is congress job. And that is where the media should start.
There are to many opinion reporters instead of real investigative journalists. Which is what is really bringing the media industry down. Print media as well as TV media. Thank God the public don't believe half the crap the media write. Or else we would all be in a hole.

President Obama DO Have Mega Style

President Obama do not have to talk to the President of BP. Hell this is why he have people to do that for him.
As he said BP is only going to tell him what he want to hear. Action speaks louder than words.

Now the Media is complaining about President Obama's style regarding BP. First the media had a stupid notion that President Obama was not showing enough emotion. That went on for a month. Both Democrats and Republicans kept talking about him not wading through the oil in thigh high boots just for the photo op, The American people are not this stupid. They don't care about photo ops. They care about what the President is doing on the ground.

The media is mad because President Obama called them out in the Matt Lauer interview, on their nonsense. Them saying he seemed more mad at the media than BP. Of course he is. Behind the scenes he has been working night and day, putting the whole force of all the Government have to offer to work cleaning up the mess in the Golf.
But all the media can report on is his emotion and style while they are taking pictures or trying to get a soundbite.

President Obama is not in office for the media's pleasure. He is there to work for the American people.

President Obama has always had a cool and calm demeanor. And he is not going to change for the camera's. Don't the media know that those quiet people are the meanest people behind the scenes. A quiet storm? Instead of trying to make a story about President Obama's temperament, or style write about all the men and women down in the Golf working to clean up this oil spill. Thousands of them. I know for a fact that 1000's from here in South Carolina were hired to go to the Golf Coast states to help with the clean up. These people are the quiet hero's that are not getting the media attention they should.


Or write about the 11 dead workers that died in the fire from the blown oil rig and their families, that I am sure have mega information to share about working on these oil rigs, and the safety hazards that they have to contend with daily. That is what the American people want to see and hear about.

And the media wonder why he is pissed at the press. Because they are looking for and writing about gossip. Not facts on the ground.

What ever happened to investigative reporting? Instead of the gossip. Sometimes I sure wish for the good old days.


Oh my goodness, just as I was going to close this out, a tweet came through titled. The Angry Black President, and they went on to try and explain why President Obama can't get angry. Because he is a black man and will scare white folks. See what I was saying!! The media have lost their minds. Or it's a slow news day one.
Even in the press briefing Chip Reid and another TV anchor want to know which asses President Obama is going to kick. Now how dumb and stupid is that question. As I said the media is losing more and more credibility with the American People. This is why.

I am sure President Obama know how to get mad, and how to get down and dirty when it come to politics, and protecting the Obama brand. But the media will never see it coming, or find the info in an email or a tape any place. No names would ever be mentioned, no pictures either. But he know how to lead a quiet storm, and come out of it glowing. He have done it many times before and he will do it again. It's a reason he have a quiet confidence. And the media just don't know what to do with it.

Just some other thoughts

Anyone ever wonder why all of these disasters are all in Republican states? I thought they wanted less Government. I thought they did not need the Federal Government that they could fend for themselves. I wonder how many of these Tea Party people needed Government help in the states with the floods, snow storms, tornadoes and oil spills.
I wonder if they took any help from the Government at all. Just some thoughts.

Obama Jobs Change I Can Still Believe In

The job numbers came out today for the Month of May. All I have heard this morning is how bad the numbers are. WHAT??? The economy added 431.000 jobs in May. 411,000 of those new jobs were temporary jobs with the U.S. Census. The unemployment rate fell to 9.7 percent it was 9.9 percent. So the private sector only created about 20.000 to 30.000 new jobs for the month of May.

Only created 30.000 new jobs? Only 411.000 temporary jobs? People please.

This is the way I look at things. We did not lose 431.000 jobs in one month. We gained. In January 2009 we was losing over 700.000 jobs a month. Now they are complaining that we are only gaining 30.000 new jobs a month? This is 30.000 new people working again. This is companies hiring again. Slow, but sure. Still a plus for the American people.And all those 411.000 people working temporary. It's still a job for 2 months with a good salary. It's better than unemployment which pay half that much.
And that is money going back into the system to stimulate the economy.

After the 5 million jobs lost in America over the past 10 years to companies moving their companies overseas. It's good to see any amount of hiring going on in America. This recession is going to be here for at least another 4 or more years. While America start to make things to sell and trade again. No one want to go backwards again. Americans are starting to have confidence in their country to put people back to work. None of this is going to happen overnight. But guess what? It is happening. Slow but on a sure path and we as Americans can still have faith that our economy will be back stronger and better than ever.

Republicans are already out with the negative talking points. They need to know, the American people have not forgotten who got us in this mess in the first place. I will say this. If you have lost your job or your business or home within the last 3 years. Remember who was in office and voted to give the wealthy all the tax breaks, and left main street helpless with no jobs. Remember who let the big companies keep tax breaks while they sent our jobs to other countries. Remember who was in office while they deregulated Wall Street, the Coal Industry and the Oil Industry. Remember who is right now putting holds on the Unemployment Bills in the Senate to keep the American people from getting Unemployment and Cobra Insurance.

Republicans, when we go to vote in November, we will be remembering who put us in the position we are in now. And no news media spin can clean it up for you when people don't have their homes or jobs anymore because of what Republicans did.

I will take the chance on this HOPEY CHANGEY thing in a heartbeat. At lease it's progress.

Obama: To Scream Or Not To Scream

Ok so the opinions are that President Obama should move to the Golf reason until this well is capped and the entire golf coast is cleaned up from this spill. It makes for good optics and politics.

At least that is the way most opinionist are thinking. Some quotes, He should be photographed in a boat with some of the fishermen. or He should of spent his holiday weekend down in the Golf Coast having meals with the locals, to show that he care. Never mind the fact he have not been to his own home in over a year.

Or some has said his speech on Wednesday seems out of touch talking about the economy while the oil spill is going on. Or still yet, he isn't showing enough emotion about the problems in the golf. As much as I love Jon Stewart's show, Monday he showed President Obama flipping from events at the Whitehouse to his statements on the oil spill. Stop the presses, he should not leave the Whitehouse, he should not do anything but show up in the Golf for the oil spill. Even though there are other things going on within the United States that need his attention as well.

I'm reading and hearing, this oil spill is going to define President Obama's Presidency, it is his President Carter's moment. Or his Katrina, or his Waterloo. Stop it, just stop it. Not it's not.

Morning Joe devoted a whole show to just these talking points. Saying he should be out in the Golf, them showing footage of him hugging people, etc.


I am an American and I don't think any of these things. And I am a political junkie who keep up with all things politics. And I talk to many people who are Democrats and Republicans, who don't think anything the media is saying about this is correct or right about our President. We elected a common sense President who leads with his head. Not with emotion. Who thinks about problems before he act, who get the facts first. He is slow but sure about what and how he want to proceed with things. And if anyone is noticing he is getting many things done. That the MSM is not even bothering to cover. Even with all the naysayers and opposition. The media is concentrating on something stupid as how much emotion the President is emoting. The American people don't care about the President's emotions. They care about their own. They want to see some results to their problems. And the President is delivering, to the Golf all that they need.

President Obama I have a idea. Since the media is criticizing how you and your Whitehouse staff are doing things. And since they want to make some news no matter how low they can go. Make some news. Don't let them film anything within the Whitehouse or your townhalls until the oil crisis in the Golf is over. Just have everything on paper. no pictures or film of you or your administration doing anything. Just print reporting.
Have your videos on Whitehouse.gov and pictures also use the flicker for other photographs.

If they want to see you mad, or upset. Then show the media the results of a President being mad or upset. At all this stupidity. The majority of Americans are behind the President. As well as people around the world. The people who are complaining about him not showing enough emotion either did not vote for him anyway or they are mad because they did not get an inside scoop, or even an invite to the Whitehouse.

I don't agree with everything the Whitehouse or the President say or do, but this criticism is really stupid. I think President Obama is doing everything he can legally and personally do to offset the damage in the Golf. He can't move there just so the media can have something to cover or write about. There are many pressing issues on his plate. OK a few other pressing things he CAN give up doing is the Press Correspondence Dinners that he is required to show up. Now that would make some news for years to come. So Mr President keep up the good work, as Paul can say Billions of people are rooting for you. And so am I.
